Dodomeki (百々目鬼) is an antagonist in the 2021 Roblox horror game The Mimic. She debuts in Jealousy's Book, specifically in Jealousy: Chapter III where she hunts Isamu down in her Cavern of wealth. She is a demon from Jigoku who is confirmed to have once been alive.

When Isamu enters the Cavern of wealth, he is tasked to completing the memory puzzles and ringing all the bells, however, doing this alerts Dodomeki's minions who will stick a handout from underneath the bell and attempt to grab and kill Isamu, when this happens Isamu has to use his stick to fight off the hand. He continues doing this until all bells have been rang.
After all bells have been rang Dodomeki emerges from underneath the final bell and will then shout "Yield!" in a demonic voice, it is here when the player has to stop moving and complete a quick time event to avoid being killed. Whilst avoiding Dodomeki Isamu has to complete all the gate puzzles to get to the exit of the temple.
After Isamu gets to the exit area Meki appears again to chase him down, however, he successfully avoids getting killed and jumps through a hole in the floor, causing him to go deeper into the layers of hell. It is unknown what Dodomeki does after this happens.
Appearance[]
Dodomeki appears as a large black creature with several arms all of which covered in myriads of eyes. She wears black robes with a yellow rose pattern on her sleeves (likely a reference to the Kiiroibara cult) and a yellow Japanese symbol on her forehead. She has no eyes, and her mouth opens to reveal a smile of golden teeth. She also has two wings on either side of her head.
Personality[]
She has been shown and implied to be a greedy and jealous person who cares a lot about her gold. She is also shown to be extremely aggressive towards sinners who stumble upon her layer and will do whatever it takes to kill them, using numerous methods to try and kill Isamu.

- She is based off of a yokai with the same name.
- It was confirmed by a lore writer that she was alive at one point and "Tomiko" is her real name.
- She is one of the fastest monsters in the game.
- Dodomeki might be a mix of Christian angels (Ophanim specifically) and Japanese folklore with her design.
- Unlike Ryoshi and Teiryu, being marked with the Kanji doesn't mean death as they can try and survive until her rampaging time runs out.
- She is the second monster in the game to have a Robux lantern based off of them, the first being Kishin.
- She is one of the fastest monsters in the game, and the fastest monster in Jealousy's Book.
