Biography
Hothead
Dominic was jealous of Lex Luthor and wanted to take over LuthorCorp. He first arrived in Smallville under Lionel's orders and visited Lex Luthor at his mansion to discuss the company's profits.
The company was performing twenty percent below projections, so Lionel wanted Lex to cut the work force, but Lex planned to increase it in a bold move aimed to put his competitors on the run.
Lex was rude to Dominic, calling him a drone, and told him to go back to his father and inform him of what his plan was.
Reaper
At the Luthor Mansion, Dominic Sanatori arrived ostensibly to perform an audit. Lex made it clear that Dominic was not wanted there. Dominic stated he was there to investigate several financial expenditures, including Lex's investigation into the car crash.
Sanatori then went to the Kent Farm and asked Jonathan Kent if he had any idea why Lex spent so much money researching the car crash and the Kent family. Jonathan doesn’t know why, but he wasn't happy to know that Lex has been prying into their lives.
The following night, Dominic met with Lex at the Luthor Mansion to further continue his investigation. Lex drugged Dominic, giving him spiked brandy. The next morning Lex drove back to Metropolis with Dominic bound and gagged in the trunk of his car.
He met his father in an alley and showed him Dominic in the trunk. Lex tells his dad not to send any more drones to bother him or the Kents. His father actually seemed proud of how Lex handled Sanatori.
Suspect
After Lionel was shot in the mansion, Dominic accused Lex of shooting his father, and reports his suspicions to Sheriff Ethan Miller. He tells the Sheriff that Lex and Lionel had an argument the night before.
Lionel has been approaching the Smallville residents who invested in LexCorp and buying up their shares. Lex is furious at the prospect of losing his company to his father. Lionel seems to think of it as another training mission to make Lex a sharper and more ruthless businessman.
After their conversation, Dominic Sanatori wasn't pleased about last night when he discovered that Lionel was going to take Lex back into the company after he bought out LexCorp. Dominic was under the impression that Lex would be out and he would be in, but Lionel made it clear that, although Dominic has been loyal, Lex is family.
