Don Long-Legs is a major antagonist of the Sonic the Comic Online! webcomic, the "unofficially official" continuation of Sonic the Comic. He is a crime lord who runs The Family, a crime syndicate from the Special Zone. After relocating to Mobius, he starts a crime wave there, operating from the shadows.
Biography[]
Don Long-Legs was the boss of the Family. When the Special Zone got destroyed, he was the only member of his species to have escaped to Mobius. The Family adapted to the forced relocation by setting up base in the Casino Night Zone, making Max Gamble cooperate with them. Long-Legs sent a number of his minions after the Freedom Fighters, but they defeated them more often than not.
When the New Robotnik Empire emerged and amassed an assault on all of Mobius, the Family joined the fight against Robotnik. Under Long-Legs' command, the Family provided various assistance to G.U.N., civilians and other enemies of Robotnik. In the closing days of the war, Long-Legs was in danger of getting exposed, so he decided to turn himself in on his own terms. He set up Tails and Kintobor Computer to hack into a G.U.N. satellite and track him down. Tails eventually came across a fight between the Family and a rival gang of alligators, which is when Long-Legs revealed himself to the fox, claiming that he wanted him to know of the Family's contributions to their common cause. The police arrived shortly after and arrested the don, who assured Tails that he'd be fine, while the fox boy was left with conflicting feelings over his victory.
