Doofy the Dragon is a minor antagonist in the SML YouTube series, acting as the titular protagonist of the in-universe TV show named after him. He is a suicidal green dragon who used to be Bowser Junior's favorite TV show character.
He is normally voiced by Logan Thirtyacre's brother, Lance Thirtyacre, who also voiced Ya Boy Duggie and Mr. Goodman. However, he was also voiced by Logan Thirtyacre's ex-girlfriend, Chilly Jimenez in Stuck!.
Role[]
Doofy the Dragon was a popular TV show in the SML universe, in which he became the favourite TV show character of Junior (then Bowser Junior). Doofy had a habit of singing about his poor life decisions which led to a divorce and multiple arrests before committing suicide in various ways, which Junior would often respond with "Haha that's so funny Doofy!". Despite Doofy the Dragon's popularity, Junior was the only one who truly enjoyed the show. Cody didn't mind it, Joseph used to enjoy it before angrily realizing Doofy always died at the end and that Junior never realized that, while Braxton (Bowser then) scolded Junior for watching such a dumb show, a rather hypocritical statement given his own love for the ridiculous Charleyyy & Friends. Junior would watch Doofy the Dragon throughout the final year the characters spent at the old house, all the way throughout their time at the apartment. But by the time the gang all moved to the New House, Junior would start to outgrow Doofy, only watching him a handful of times throughout the years before eventually abandoning the show completely by the time the gang all became their modern-human counterparts. Doofy would be mentioned by Cody at one point that they weren't allowed to mention Doofy anymore. While this is due to YouTube age-restricting all videos that starred Doofy, it also mean Doofy met the same fate in-universe. Either way, Junior was the only person that seemed to actively watch the show, and with him no longer doing so, the TV show Doofy the Dragon no longer appears in SML.
Personality[]
Doofy is a stupid, insane, violent and evil dragon who likes killing himself and other people, but he is funny and professional nonetheless. He also has an unnamed ex-wife who left him.
Appearance[]
Doofy is a green dragon (although he is gold and purple in some parts). He also has two wings, blue eyes and purple nails.
Trivia[]
- On the SuperLuigiLogan channel, Logan confirmed that Doofy will no longer be in SML videos because he kills himself which gets videos age-restricted, meaning Doofy is completely dead. However, despite this, Doofy has returned in Jeffy's Energy Drink without killing himself, but he didn't come back in any future videos after that. Logan has confirmed that Doofy will never come back again after that. As a result, Doofy has not appeared as a character in 2019, 2020 or 2021.
- Despite having wings, he was never shown to fly.
