~ Doom Ma Geddon Virus |
The Doom Ma Geddon Virus, also known as Error 220, is a minor antagonist form Regular Show, serving as the main antagonist of the episode "Skips vs. Technology,". He was a living computer virus that took possession of Techmo and attempted to use his body to bring about Doomageddon.
He was voiced by Steven Blum.
Appearance[]
He appears to be a giant red Bacteriophage with the words "Doom Ma Geddon" written on the top of his head. When possessing Techmo, he turns his robot eye red, has red digital squares float around him, and has his red tentacles come out of his body.
Personality[]
Doom Ma Geddon is a hegemonic computer virus that wants to digitalize the real world. He is skilled and intelligent, successfully tricking an expert computer technician and possessing his body. He takes the time to mock his victims during battle, such as when he teases Skips for not being able to hit him or when he called Skips a fossil. Doom Ma Geddon has no regard for organic life or for the non-digital world, as shown when he digitalized everything he could once he became in contact with the real world. Because he seems to draw his powers from digitalizing everything he touches, it can be assumed that his intentions are selfish.
Biography[]
When the house computer started acting up, Skips attempted to fix it. After to do so, he called in his friend Techmo, who ended up going into the digital world in order to solve the problem. Once entering the digital world, he confronted who he thought to be "Error 220", but he became confused when it sprouted tentacles and emerged form the ground. He revealed himself to be the Doom Ma Geddon Virus. After doing so, he used his tentacles to restrain Techmo and possess his body. Once possessing his body, he announced himself to the stunned Mordecai, Rigby, and Skips before attempting to digitalize them. They figured that the only way to stop him was to destroy the computer, but when Skips tried to get to it, the Virus blocked him. Mordecai and Rigby tried to do the same, but he fired giant cursers made of his red digital cubes at them. Instead, Mordecai and Rigby use the keyboard near them on the ground in order to open as many tabs as they could in order to slow him down. Skips tried to plead with Techmo to stop, prompting the Virus to tell skips that he was all that remained of Techmo. Skips then began to fight him with his sledgehammer, and so the Virus summoned a digital sledgehammer to counter with. He eventually got the upper hand, but just before he could kill Skips, he began to have loading icons appear around him. Mordecai and Rigby had been successful in their plan, and so Skips mocked the Virus and threw the sledgehammer at the computer. Doom Ma Geddon tried to stop the hammer, but it destroyed the computer, defeating him once and for all.
Powers and abilities[]
- Possession - Doom Ma Geddon has the ability to possess others. He is able to do this only if they connect themselves to the digital realm. As demonstrated with Techmo, he is able to use his digital abilities in the real world once he has taken on a real-world host.
- Levitation - Doom Ma Geddon has the ability to make those whom he possesses levitate.
- Digitalization - Doom Ma Geddon is able to digitalize items in the real world. Once he uses his tentacles to touch an object, they turn into red digital cubes that float around him.
- Digital Matter Manipulation - Doom Ma Geddon is able to manipulate mater that he has previously digitized. He demonstrated this by turning the digitized red cubes he collected into a solid computer curser, which he was able to throw at Skips, Mordecai, and Rigby. The things he creates always appear to be blocky or 8-bit, as demonstrated when he created a sledgehammer in order to fight Skips.
Weaknesses[]
When too many tabs are opened, loading screens appear around the Virus and they render his abilities useless.
