Dorjander Kace was a major antagonist in the Knights of the Old Republic comics. He was a Jedi Knight who was captured by the Mandalorian Crusaders in the Great Sith War.
There he met a Mandalorian soldier Varda and fell in love with her. Unfortunately, Varda was killed in a Republic bombing attack led by the Jedi. Dorjander was deeply hurt and returned to the Jedi Order as a member of the Jedi Council. At the start of the Mandalorian Wars, Jedi Knight Revan proposed that the Jedi should take part in the conflict. Dorjander objected to the Jedi's involvement and eventually believed the Republic was corrupt. He joined Revanchists so that he could secretly train a group of Jedis to fight for the Mandalorians.
