"Dormancy", referred by the residents of the Penaconian Dreamscape as "Death", is a minor antagonist in the 2023 science fantasy turn-based tactical role-playing video game Honkai: Star Rail. It is a Memory Zone Meme that embodies the human fear of death and murder.
Known for its animalistic instincts and terrorizing the residents of the Penaconian Dreamscape and "killed" some of them. In truth, it's actually created by Gallagher with the path of Enigmata, forged from the parts from Memoria, which was created by the Stellaron during the creation of Penacony. He uses it as an attack dog to save the denizens of the Penaconian Dreamscape from Gopher Wood's influence by abducting them.
Personality[]
While being the embodiment of human's thanatophobia & homicidophobia, the Memory Zone eme display animalistic intelligence. However, it also displays intelligence when it stalks its preferred targets before impales them with its tail, making it as the most dangerous Memetic Entity.
In truth, it is a Memetic Entity that was created by Gallagher to save the Denizens of Penaconian Dreamscape from Gopher Wood's influence by abducting them. It also displays an animalistic loyalty akin to the dog towards its owner, even mourning Gallagher after his disappearance when spoken to as a NPC.
