Doug is an evil living pimple on Chris Griffin's face that served as the main antagonist in the Family Guy episode, "Brian the Bachelor".

Although Doug did not appear evil at first he eventually started convincing Chris to do bad things like playing pranks on people and vandalizing property. At first Chris enjoyed Doug, saying he was his best friend but eventually Doug started to get abusive, at one point making Chris punch himself in the face. Chris eventually realized that Doug was bad and went to a skin doctor to "kill" him. Doug pulled a gun out of nowhere and threatened to kill Chris, but Chris manages to kill Doug with a shot of acne medicine.
Doug also appeared in one level in the Family Guy videogame.
