Douglas is a minor character in the film sequel Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
He was portrayed by Ken Gibbel.
History
He was a corrupt, patient-abusing orderly of the Pescadero State Hospital with a penchant for inmate patient abuse.
His strange predations (in Sarah's case, the face-licking he gave her while she was tied up and apparently catatonic) earned him special attention from Sarah Connor during her escape from the hospital.
During her escape, Sarah broke his nose and damaged his spine with a broom handle. After knocking him out she locked him in the same room where she was held before.
It is unknown what happened to him afterward.
Trivia
- This is quite possible that Sarah's attack either killed him or rendered him paralyzed. It is also possible that he had amnesia because of this.
- The extended cut of T2 has a scene where Douglas beats Sarah in order to force her to take her medicine.
- The beating Douglas receives from Sarah is real, due to Linda Hamilton venting her frustrations on Ken Gibbel for repeatedly messing up the scene where she gets beaten by him, resulting in multiple re-shoots of Sarah getting kicked against a wall.
