Biography[]
Being the director of a DNA replacement therapy clinic in a Cuban island called Los de Oreganos, Dr. Alvarez was tasked to increase the life expectancy of Cuban officials and the richest Westerners for profit. He also confessed that he had DNA harvested from people that won't be missed such as orphans or runaways, implying that he may have kidnapped several people to speed up the process of his therapy for more profit.
Bond soon learned that a North Korean colonel named Tan-Sun Moon came to Alvarez and paid him to model his new identity as Gustav Graves. Following the release of Tang Lin Zao, Graves paid Alvarez to give Zao a new identity with the DNA therapy, to which Alvarez obliged. However, as Zao is busy undergoing his new identity, Dr. Alvarez is visited by a woman named Jinx, who is an undercover NSA agent coming after Zao. Upon hearing about the therapy, Jinx shoots Dr. Alvarez in the chest, killing him instantly.
