Dr. Andy is the main antagonist of the first installment of "Just a Neighbor".
Appearance[]
Andy is a dog-Malino and wears an orange sweater and khaki pants. He has purple eyes, and pink cheeks.
Personality[]
Andy can be summed up like his original counterpart. He is mainly neutral, and accepts Kling’s offer to have dinner. However, this results in him getting kidnapped. He appears to be somewhat smug and deeply cares for his wife.
Biography[]
He is asked by Kling to have dinner after a conversation at the beginning of the story, befriending each other, as Andy accepts the offer. When he shows up, they watch TV, and have dinner. However, he finds out that Kling knows about Andy’s life as a Pretty Blood scientist, before knocking him out with a tranquilizer dart when he tries to escape. When he wakes up, Kling starts interrogating him, with Andy acting smug, saying that he doesn’t know anything. However, Kling then reveals that he has his wife, Stacy. He starts torturing Andy by stabbing him in the knees and then soon decapitated him, ending his reign of terror.
