Lawrence Ardmore also known as Dr. Ardmore is a minor antagonist of Child’s Play. Which is also the first installment of the franchise of the same name. He is a children psychologist.
He is voiced by Jack Colvin.
Biography[]
After Eddie Caputo died, he was hired to take care of Andy Barclay for a few days at the children psychological hospital. When Andy saw Chucky walking up the stairs, Andy convinces Ardmore that Chucky is trying to kill him. Unfortunately, Dr. Ardmore leaves Andy by unbelieving him. While Andy frees out from Chucky, Ardmore sees Andy has escaped his room and chases after him, when Ardmore catches him he attempts to sedate him with drugs to calm him down and fusses him to stop moving. But until Chucky stabs him with a scalpel in his leg that makes him fall on the ground then Chucky picks up a helmet that is attached to an electroshock then electrocutes him until his face is all smoked from the electrocution making blood come from his mouth.

- He is also the second victim of Chucky to be an antagonist and the first antagonist to not be an ally of Chucky.
- Ardmore is also the very first victim of Chucky to accuse Andy, prior to his death.
