Dr. Roslyn Chambers is an antagonist in Fallout 4. She serves as the main antagonist in quest Human Error. She is a scientist and anti-synth conspiracy theorist.
She was voiced by Joan Van Ark.

Dr. Chamber's colleagues raided Amelia Stockton's caravan and imprisoned her in the Compound. Once the Sole Survivor makes it to the compound, she will explain to him/her her motives and the history of the Compound and Covenant, and then asks him/her to side with her.
If the Sole survivor sides with her, Honest Dan will turn hostile, Amelia Stockton will get killed, Dr Chambers gives you 300 caps, and you can come back to Covenant peacefully and have it as a settlement.
If the Sole Survivor refuses to side with her, she will turn hostile, Amelia Stockton will be rescued, Honest Dan gives you 300 caps (or you can ask for more with charisma checks), and you can have Covenant as a settlement, but the settlers there will turn hostile.
