Dr. Diego Chipotle Jr. is the evil son of the equally evil Dr. Chipotle Sr..
He is the first villain of the series to be introduced chronologically in the series, and uses his scientific knowledge to produce various versions of his Guacamole Monster. He is also particularly known for yelling out the phrase "SWINE!" when infuriated. Chipotle Jr. is friends with Señor Siniestro and the two have visited one another to play video games. In later episodes, it is shown that he has a crush on Frida Suarez, similar to Sergio. A running gag throughout the series is when either Manny or Frida mess up his name.
He was voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz, who also voiced his father and his granfather in the same series, Zim from Invader Zim, Kaos in the Skylanders franchise, Zhencha in Mulan (1998 Version), Lugosi in Bunnicula, and Moxxie Knolastname and his father in Helluva Boss, Sheshou in Mulan, Aviarius in Kim Possible, Stuart Zurgo in Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault and the Monster Convict from Superjail!.

When Dr. Chipotle Jr. was just 7, he watched El Tigre and White Pantera put his dad in jail, and he swore to get back at them some day. After that not much is known about his past.

He is a supervillain, who wants to get revenge of Manny Rivera/El Tigre.

He first appeared in "Night of the Living Guacamole", where he tries to get revenge on Manny for sending his Dad to jail when he was 7, which failed at the end. he appears again In "The Mustache Kid", where He planned to get El Tigre's belt & makes a mustache for him.
in "Fool Speed Ahead", he teams up with his father as one of the competitors of the annueal event: Miracle City Super Villain grand prix, he & his father are defeated by El Tigre by getting thrown along with the skeleton soldiers. in "Burrito's Little Helper", he & his father appeared in "
The Good, The Bad, and the Tigre", He & his father were one of the Sartana invited to her retirement along with her cohorts, which could implied that his father is one of Sartana's enemies.
He makes a flashback in "Tigre + Cuervo Forever", where he defeats Rodolfo while Manny was playing his game.
