Dr. Constance and Wilhelm von Stroheim are two minor antagonists from American Dad!. Secretly mad scientists, they take on fake personas in order trick Hayley and Jeff so that they can use their bodies to replace their old ones.
Constance is voiced by Laraine Newman, who also played Tara Ribble in The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants, Melora in Despicable Me 4, LaWanda Dumore in Problem Child 2 and Baby Doll in The New Batman Adventures, and Wilhelm is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
Appearances[]
Both Constance and Wilhelm appear to be elderly caucasians with grey hair. Constance wore red & yellow earrings, a pink dress with a yellow undershirt, dark pink pants, pink socks, and brownish-pink heals. Wilhelm wore a green sweater with a white undershirt, tan Khakis, white socks, and brown loafers.
Personality[]
Under their personas, Eunice and Milford, the two pretended to be fun-loving, young-at-heart, innocent elderly people who were enjoying their lives. They were able to successfully fool Hayley into thinking that they lived the ideal lives that Hayley had always dreamt about.
In reality, Constance and Wilhelm were mad scientists who only wanted to take Hayley and Jeff's young bodies for their own selfish reasons. While Francine and Hayley were bickering, the revealed herself to have little patience for other people's problems, loosing her temper and revealing her secret identity. She was also very cruel to her minion Morbo, whipping him in order to get what she wanted. Wilhelm seemed to follow along with everything that Constance had planned, not showing a lot of his own personality. He did appear at sometimes to be forgetful, such as when he accidentally called Constance by her real name when they were supposed to be disguised.
Biography[]
Constance first appeared disguised as Eunice at Groff Community College, Hayley at first believing her to have been a dead body when in actuality she was taking a nap on a table. After introducing herself as a new student, she began to tell Hayley about herself, surprising Hayley by how fun she sounded despite her age. This would end up driving Hayley to want to be more like Eunice and less like her mother. Eunice later appeared again at a study group where she meets Wilhelm, disguising himself as a man named Milford. They both tricked Hayley into believing that they left their homes at a young age so that they never became like their parents. Hayley would leave and later come back after failing to make Jeff less like her mother, as it appeared that Francine had been rubbing off on him. After she and Jeff arrived at Constance and Wilhelm's home, they sent the two upstairs and insisted that they change out of their wet clothing. After the two began walking up the steps, the two menacingly began to talk to themselves about their plan to steal the young couples bodies. Jeff arrived, but didn't understand what was going on, prompting Constance and Wilhelm to continue their maniacal laughter.
Jeff and Hayley soon came back down stairs now dressed in fancier clothing. Constance and Wilhelm then started to study their bodies, Wilhelm shining a light down Jeff's throat. Because the two didn't understand what was going on, they didn't worry. Unfortunately for Constance and Wilhelm, Francine and Stan arrived, halting their plan. Stan went down to explore the mad scientific lair below the house, which he believed to be a man-cave that he congratulated Wilhelm on. Upstairs, Hayley and Francine fought with each other while Constance sat in the middle. Eventually, Constance had enough of the bickering and revealed her plan, sending her minion Morbo after them. Hayley and Francine woke up on an operating table. Nearby Constance and Wilhelm were dressed in medical clothing, preparing to start the surgery. They revealed that Jeff's brain would be used for their cat, Mr. Poopy, while Hayley and Francine's bodies would be used for theirs. Constance also revealed that she had drugged Stan with sleeping pills. Morbo began feeling Hayley's hair, and so Constance began whipping him out of the room. While Francine and Hayley exchanged final words, Constance took out her saw and prepared to make her first incision. Hayley then remember a conversation that she and Francine had earlier about being double jointed. She used her double jointed ability to free herself from the restraints and overpower Constance & Wilhelm. Constance then ordered Morbo to attack the two, but they stopped him and told him that he was letting the elderly couple push him around. At first he denied it, but Constance continued to whip him, allowing him to realize the situation that he was in. He then turned on Constance and Wilhelm, charging them as they held each other in fear. It is possible that he killed them.

- Constance appeared in one of Hayley's dreams as a judge that informed her that she was doomed to end up like her mother.
- At the end of the episode, it was revealed that Constance and Wilhelm may have been partially successful, as Jeff began acting like a cat.
