Dr. Feelbetter is a supporting character of the Phineas and Ferb episode "It's About Time!". He is a talk show host who was in league with Heinz Doofenshmirtz.
He was voiced by Carlos Alazraqui.

When Doofenshmirtz replaced his nemesis Perry the Platypus with another animal agent called Peter the Panda, Perry felt left out. However, Doof later regrets this as Peter finds to be less sympathetic, so he decides to sort this out by having himself and the animal agents to appear on Dr. Feelbetter's show. During the show, several animal agents and evil scientists were attending the show as Feelbetter convinced both Doof and Perry to become enemies once again.
After they patched their differences aside, Doofenshmirtz laid down a trap for Perry, Peter and the animal agents by strapping them to their seats. He then revealed that he built a new -inator called the Freeze-inator and that he and the other evil scientists plan to use it to turn all animal agents into chess pieces for a giant chess set. It also turns out that Dr. Feelbetter was involved of the plot the whole time as he turns on the -inator. However, Perry gets the remote for the chairs, freeing himself and the agents before taking down Doofenshmirtz, Feelbetter and the rest of the evil scientists
