Dr. Flex is one of the three secondary antagonists (alongside Dolencia and 6.0.6.) of the 5th Episode ”BH's Bizarre Bad-Venture” of the 2017 Cartoon Network animated TV series Villainous.
He is one of Black Hot's henchmen and a member of the Black Hot Organization. Unlike his Dr. Flug counterpart, he is violent, dimwitted, and quick to anger, but is also easily distracted, and prides himself on his ability to flex his muscles.
He was voiced by Jose Antonio Macías in Spanish (who also voiced his original counterpart Dr. Flug Slys) and by Roly Gutierrez in English.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Nothing is known about Dr. Flex's past, nor how he was able to meet Black Hot, but he somehow joined him and helped steal the identities of the original organization and fight strong superheroes.
BH's Bizarre Bad-Venture[]
At some point, Dr. Flex attacks a building, causing a disaster in the city and a crowd of concerned civilians, being controlled by G-Lo, until Bicep, a handsome and muscular superhero, arrives, who believes that they are dealing with the Black Hat Organization (specifically Dr. Flug) and decides to confront him. Once inside, he sees him hiding in the shadows, surrounded by strange symbols written on the walls, and reveals his size before brutally attacking him, leaving him badly injured.
Later, he appears again hidden in the shadows, surprising Dr. Flug, Demencia and 5.0.5. and intimidates them with his muscles, along with his teammates Dolencia and 6.0.6. At the moment, their boss, Black Hot, appears and orders them to capture them while covering himself with an evil lotion.
Then, Dr. Flex fights against his original counterpart, Dr. Flug but ends up fighting Demencia and it turned out not to be so strong for her, as she ended up jumping on his back and leaving him unable to reach her, showing that he is not that flexible, which deflates his ego and his muscles, thus ending him. In the end, he appears captured along with Dolencia on the Hat Ship.
Appearance[]
Like Black Hot, he is a muscular version of his counterpart: his paper bag covers only his eyes and nose, revealing a cleft chin and square jaw; wear shorts instead of pants; his shirt has a picture of a broken dumbbell instead of a plane crash, and his lab coat has torn sleeves.
Personality[]
He is a very aggressive, violent member and gets angry easily. He does not possess much intelligence, is easily distracted, and arrogant, showing off his abilities at all times. Despite that, he has great loyalty and respect to his boss.

- It stands to reason that Dr. Flex is defeated by Demencia, because, like Dr. Flug, he is mocked and attacked to the point of not taking it anymore, while she enjoys it the same way she does him Dr Flug.
