Dr. Hedo (ドクター・ヘド Dokutā Hedo) is a major character in the Super Hero Saga of Dragon Ball Super and it movie adaptation: Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. He is the grandson of Dr. Gero, who became a better scientist, who is obsessed with superheroes. He was hired by Commander Magenta to create the ultimate android.
He is voiced by Miyu Irino in Japanese and Zach Aguilar in English.
Biography[]
Sometime after the deaths of his grandfather and parents, Dr. Hedo decided to create the ultimte android. For this he created a series of androids that commited heists in a supermarked, but Dr. Hedo was arrested by the police for this and sent to jail. During his sentence, he was investigated by Carmine, who along Magenta were finding a new scientist to recreate the Red Ribbon Army, and Magenta decided to use him when he gets out of jail.
The day that Dr. Hedo finishes his sentence, he blew up the prision to kill the other prisoners eho messed him. Then, Magenta invites him to get into his car to talk about the job offer. There Magenta lies Dr. Hedo saying that the Red Ribbon Army are a heroic organization white the Z-Fighters are evil aliens, Hedo is not convinced about this but still accepts for his ambition of building the ultimate android. Some months later, Dr. Hedo finishes the creaion of Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 while almost finished the creation of Cell Max. After Gamma 2 fails to kill Piccolo Jr., Magenta is not convinced aboot their potential and demands Dr. Hedo to finish the creation of Cell Max. Dr. Hedo promises that it will be the best android ever. Dr. Hedo witnesses the fight between Gamma 1 and Gohan, being fascined to see the potential of the Saiyan. However, the situation turns against them when Piccolo shows up with a new power up. Magenta decides to activate Cell Max early and Dr. Hedo tries to stop him since is too dangerous if he is activated without the control system. Magenta, tired of his mischievous attitude, shots him, but Dr. Hedo survives due his body was mutated to be immune to any physical attack. Magenta tries to face him with his cyborg body, but Dr. Hedo uses Hachimaru, his mecanical wap to inject him with a deadly poison succeesfully. Unfortunely, Magenta uses his last breath to activate Cell Max. Dr. Hedo tries to stop this but is uncapable, so he warns the Gammas before being knocked by the explosion. After Cell Max is destroyed by Gohan, Dr. Hedo fells remorse of his actions and decides to surrender to the police, but is convinced by the Z-Fighters to forget it. Then Bulma hires him as a cosmetics researcher.
