Dr. Hornswaggle is a supporting antagonist in the Disney Channel series Phineas and Ferb. He is an evil scientist who is a member of L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. and is recognized for using a jetpack.
He was voiced by Dan Povenmire, who also voiced Heinz Doofenshmirtz.

Robot Rodeo[]
Hornswaggle is first seen making a cameo at the Second Inator Competition.
Bullseye![]
Hornswaggle participated in the intro dance opening called Evil Tonight. He is later shown attempting to vote for the new leader of L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N.. It is unknown whether he was voting either for Heinz Doofenshmirtz, Rodney, or Lawrence Fletcher.
Phineas and Ferb Save Summer[]
Hornswaggle attended the first annual L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. Disservice Awards at the Knights of Danville Hall (arranged by Doofenshmirtz). However, little did the villains know that they are sharing the same ballroom with the neighboring O.W.C.A agents, and when this was revealed, this results a fight between both organizations. Hornswaggle eventually learned that Doofenshmirtz was the one who moved the Earth away from the Sun with his latest -inator, and when Doofenshmirtz presented out his blueprints of the -inator to prove it, Hornswaggle and the other members are impressed that Doofenshmirtz actually succeeded in a grand evil scheme for once.
Under Rodney's orders, Hornswaggle and the rest of L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. went to capture all the O.W.C.A agents for their plan of total world domination. He was even delighted to see that the world was finally under L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N.'s grasp after Rodney uses his new -inizor (which is ten times the size and strength of Doof's -inator) to move the Earth into perpetual winter. However, the agents are freed and engage into another fight, which happens to be the same one back in the ballroom, as pointed out by Dr. Diminutive. At that point, on the advice of Dr. Killbot, the TV scientist suggests that they all leave. Hornswaggle pointed out that it's not exactly what Killbot said, but agrees to it, so he escaped away from the warehouse along with the other villains, knowing that it's not worth it.
Lord of the Firesides[]
Hornswaggle is briefly seen at the Danville Embassy of Evil, as he, along with Doofenshmirtz and the other members of L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N., are about to renew their evil licenses.
Agent T for Teen[]
Hornswaggle is seen attending L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. headquarters, where Perry is to be executed by a tank of angry hippos. However, Stacy Hirano arrives to rescue Perry, and they both defeat Hornswaggle and the rest of the L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. members.
Bend It Like Doof[]
Due to a wager between Doofenshmirtz and Monogram during a livestream, O.W.C.A. and L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. agreed to settle the matter by entering into a soccer match. Hornswaggle uses his jetpack to participate in the match, and unlike many of the members who have poor sports skills, he has good kicking skills as he was able to perform knee bounces with a soccer ball. However, the game ends in a tie for both O.W.C.A. and L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. after Doof's penalty kick was ruined by Phineas and Ferb's latest invention.
