Dr. Pencilneck is the main antagonist of the episode Bravo, James Bravo of the cartoon series, Johnny Bravo.
He is a politically correct evil scientist that is bent on turning everyone in the world as ugly as him.
He was voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz, who voiced Zim from Invader Zim and Moxxie from Hellvua Boss.
Appearance[]
Dr. Pencilneck appeared short, portly, and ugly, with a round head with couple of warts and orange curly hair that appears balding. He wears a lab coat with three pencils in his front pocket and wears blue pants and purple shoes. He wear blue round glasses.
Personality[]
Dr. Pencilneck is a mad scientist, who is bent on turning everyone in the world like him. He is also insecure due to his unattractive appearance that he believes that the device that will turn everyone into him, so that no one will ever mock him. Apparently, he is politically correct. Pencilneck does have an honorable moment that he agrees to Johnny’s request before he could have been blasted with the device, which proves to be his downfall.
Synopsis[]
He has a plan to turn everyone like him by using a doomsday device called the Lookalikelator. That plan caught the attention of an organization called Really Secret Agent Agency. He was at the Aron City University nuclear physic building stealing a plutonium to power up his device. As Agent Jane Bonded was about to apprehend him, Johnny Bravo tried to have a relationship with her as this distraction allows Pencilneck to use a tiny rocket to send them both away allowing him to make his escape back to his lair.
When Agent Jane and Johnny, who has been temporarily joined along to stop Pencilneck, entered the lair and got captured by his guards. Dr. Pencilneck tells them his plan because throughout his life, he was shunned for his ugly look that he wanted to turn everyone in the world just like him so no one can mock him, which Agent Jane saw this as politically correct. Just as Pencilneck was about to turn Johnny and Jane like him, Johnny requested Pencilneck that he would like to have one last look before he turned ugly, which Pencilneck agreed. However, Johnny was able to use the spy gadgets to defeat all of the guards, free Agent Jane, and stop Pencilneck's plan. He is last seen in dismay sent to prison in the spy building.
