Evil Dr. Porkchop, A.K.A. simply Dr. Porkchop or Mr. Evil Dr. Porkchop, is Hamm's wicked double in the 1999 and 2010 Disney/Pixar films Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 3. He is an iniquitous outlaw played by Andy Davis' piggy bank Hamm wearing Mr. Potato Head's bowler hat.
Just like Hamm himself, he was voiced by Pixar's good luck charm John Ratzenberger, who also played The Underminer in The Incredibles and its sequel.
Biography
Toy Story 2
