Dr. Sloth is a villain (first name Frank) from Neopets. He is one of the most recurring villains on the site, having appeared in multiple plots whereas other villains are exclusive to one. He is the arch-enemy of the Space Faerie.
He is the creator of some other Neopets villains, such as Meuka and Neopets V2.
Biography[]
He is the hidden villain of Ski Lodge Murder Mystery, being the creator of the cyborg version of Maverick. His plan was to trap the entire staff inside the lodge during a blizzard, then have Maverick kill them all. He succeeded in this task, apart from one.
In Neoquest II, he invades Captain Rohane’s ship and plans to have them burned alive. Rohane and his crew narrowly manage to escape this fate.
