Dr. Wily is the secondary antagonist of the non-canon Super Adventure Rockman.
Appearance[]
Dr. Wily has grey balding hair and a mustache, similar to how he was in canon and wears a white coat, green shirt, pants of the same color, and a yellow scarf. He also wore a hat with a light attached. When he had been with Dr. Light three months prior, he wore a red shirt and blue pants like he did in canon.
Personality[]
Wily shows legitimate concern when Mega Man decides to use two Mega Busters to defeat Ra Moon in spite of the danger it poses to him, and also mentions that he loves his creations.
Biography[]
Three months before the game, Dr. Wily witnesses on Dr. Light's computer that there was energy expanding at a rate that was unprecedent at an exceptional amount and Wily proceeds to take up the investigation. Dr. Wily was going through the Amazon Jungle when he drives into a tree and checks his compass, it's when he realizes that the temple's electromagnetic field was in this area as vehicles were being destroyed by it.
Walking without his truck, he makes an announcement to the world where he was harnessing the power of the moon temple and demands the surrender of all robots and countries within two weeks. At the temple, Wily watches Mega Man fight against his robots where he had expected him to show up and realises that Dr. Light can circumvent the energy field and not just him or Ra Moon who was in the temple after discovering him in the temple and recreating robot masters who worked with Wily in the past from information on the scientist's computer.
Ra Moon also introduced itself as a computer from several millenium ago. Dr. Wily proceeds to get the rebuilt robot masters reactivated. With dozens of robots at his command, Dr. Wily is confident that he can take over the world and finds the U.N. out to intervene when the field electricutes the fleet's vessels and destroys them with thir pilots inside.
Wily then proceeds to create a powerful robot via Ra Moon. After Mega Man manages to reach the temple, Wily discovers that he is in Snake Man's zone. After Mega Man defeats Gemini Man, Dr. Wily appears to him via an energy-based projection and commends him for his progress before revealing that the robot he is creating is Ra Thor. Mega Man pleads with Wily to stop as the field could kill off all forms life in the world.
But then the security camera fails and Ra Moon proceeds to tell him that it will make repairs on it while Dr. Wily continues work. Upon seeing Mega Man reach the right enrance, Wily muses that Mega Man will be disposed of and all in the world will surrender to him.
What he does not know is that the U.N. cannot get in contact with him. After Mega Man's capture, Dr. Wily announces the pressence of his remaining robot masters and shows off the newly created Ra Thor. Wily still does not consider Mega Man's warnings of deception and orders his minions to destroy Mega Man when Ra Moon freeze them save Ra Thor, having already decided its fate 20,000 years ago. Wily witnesses Ra Thor under Ra Moon's control pulverize most of the remaining robot monsters despite Wily's protests.
Ra Moon then sicks Ra Thor on Wily before Mega Man intervenes and finds himself beaten up by Ra Thor. After Mega Man defeated Ra Thor, Ra Moon summons a variation of the Yellow Devil bosses Wily had employed. The new Yellow Devil proceeds to drain the energy from the other robot masters and zaps Mega Man. Wily tells Mega Man he can put a stop to this if the systems of Ra Moon and its Yellow Devil minion get overloaded.
Being fully charged, Mega Man proceeds to overpower the new Yellow Devil and proceeds to use the double mega buster despite Wily's protests that he will get his energy drained to quickly and overheat. After Mega Man destroys Ra Moon, Wily walks away as he vows to defeat Mega Man again.
