The Dragon Head Syndicate is an antagonistic force featured in Cowboy Bebop: Shooting Star and a potential prototype for the Red Dragon Syndicate
Biography[]
After the people of Earth left home for other planets, the Solar System was transformed into a massive criminal playground leading to the police hiring a group of bounty hunters to face off against them where they get stuck in a mafian grudge match.
One of these criminal organizations was the Shake Head Syndicate that started out in China and adcanced to the top of criminal county thanks to attrocities from extortion to murder. When it spread across the solar system, the Snake Head Syndicate became the Dragon Head Syndicate.
It was rumored that they've muscled across every territory the crew of the Bebop can think of. Kai Lucas, a lieutenant in the Syndicate, offers the crew of the Bebop a reward for catching his doppleganger whom he insists is not a criminal but gets into various forms of trouble.
Kai's double was later killed by Kai but it later turned out it out that the Kai who was with the crew of the Bebop was the body double and the man they've trailed up to his death was the real Kai Lucas.
