Biography[]
Past[]
The Dreadnought was a Hell Titan who was born and grew up in Hell where he rose up in service to the dark lords and became a warlord to lead a battalion of demons against the Night Sentinels. During the Argenta-Demon War, he led a massive siege at the capital city of Taras Nabad which resulted in numerous civilian casaulties for the Sentinels. While many Sentinels rushed in late to defend the city from the Dreadnought's attack, they were no match as they died fighting against him and his men but were eventuslly outnumbered and push back. In response to this, the Doom Slayer, who had survived the battle, was led t the Divinity Machine by Samur where he uses the machine to increase the Doom Slayer's strength to turn the tides against the invading titan.
As the Dreadnought continued his onslaught, the Doom Slayer returned with reinforcements and strike back at the demons. His battalion was killed from the Doom Slayer's offensive, the Dreadnought remained invincible and continued his fight on his own against him and the Sentinels. Despite everything he throws at the Doom Slayer, this did not stop him as his rage from his newbound power gave him the advantage to wield the Crucible and stab him in the chest. As it did not killed the Dreadnought, instead it only paralyzed him to stasis, ending his invasion. Because of the Dreadnought's failure and defeat, the Argenta society had forever changed to have a brief turning point against the demons and the Doom Slayer's advantage to exterminate any demon he encounters.
Doom Eternal[]
With the Hell Priests deceased and the Khan Maykr plotting to revive the Icon of Sin, the Doom SLayer returned to Taras Nobad where he came to find where he last fought the Dreadniugnt in his search for the Crucible. After fighting through waves of demons who now infested the abandoned destroyed city, he was able to find the Dreadnought who is still in stasis from his battle many years ago. Making sure that he doesn't awaken the Dreadnought, the Slayer snaps the Crucible leaving tne blade remained in his body while he takes the handle with him.
Doom Eternal: The Ancient Gods[]
Even to this day after the deaths of both the Khan Maykr and the Icon of Sin, the Dreadnought remains intact while he is still in stasis with the blade still remained within him. That would be until the Dark Lord's death where his Life Sphere is destroyed resulting in many demons to die and burn to ash outside of Hell, thus including the Dreadnought with them.
Trivia[]
- Although he led the siege of Taras Nabad, he was inadvertently the sole reason why the Doom Slayer gained immortality from Samur to combat the demons in his hatred towards them.
