Drew Lansing is a major antagonist of the TV series Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight. He was a con man that became Kamen Rider Torque after General Xaviax promised to make him his second-in-command after he dominated the world.
He was portrayed by Christopher Foley.
Biography[]
Before becoming a Kamen Rider, Drew Lansing was a con man that was scamming people by selling a supposed multi-purpose phone and was apparently being pursued by the cops. While running away from the cops, Drew met General Xaviax, a being from another world that offered him a place as his right-hand man if he helped him conquer Earth and manipulate others into fighting his Rider War. Drew accepted the deal and became Kamen Rider Torque.
Personality[]
Drew is a very manipulative and deceptive con man, being able to trick people into doing what he wants, but he also often overestimates himself, thinking he is much smarter than he really is, using this as an advantage to manipulate everyone he comes across with. Due to his nature, Kit decided to no longer trust him, cutting any possible ties with Drew alongside Len. Later on, He was shown to be more than willing to help Xaviax conquer Earth and kidnap every human to make them his slaves as long as he became a general for his army and received the respect and recognition he believed that he deserved. Drew is perhaps the most treacherous Rider of them all, betraying practically everyone he worked with, including General Xaviax, Ironically, his own treachery and arrogance is what causes him to be defeated and vented by JTC (Kamen Rider Strike).
Trivia[]
- He was one of two evil Riders (along with Strike) who knew the true nature of Xaviax and his objective, yet decided to join him anyways.
