Drill Despar is a Robot Fighter of the Despar Army and an antagonist in episodes 4 and 15 of Inazuman F.
He is voiced by Setsuo Wakui, who previously voiced Mold Banbara and Mirror Banbara in Inazuman as well as Blue Hakaider in Kikaider 01. While disguised as the nun, he is portrayed by Machiko Naka.
Biography[]
Drill Despar used his burrowing abilities to dig underground into banks and steal gold bars for the Despar Army. During one such operation however, Goro Watari and Makoto Arai interfered and stopped Drill Despar before he could steal the gold bars, forcing him to return to the Despar Army in failure.
Determined to redeem himself, Drill Despar sought to kill Inazuman and his allies. He infiltrated a church orphanage by disguising himself as the head nun and had three Despar Soldiers disguise themselves as "Brides of Death". When Makoto Arai went to the church, the Brides of Death kidnapped him and locked him in a cell with the real nun and the children. Inazuman soon showed up to rescue them, only for Drill Despar to reveal the cell was actually a hot air balloon and send his captives in the air. Udespar then cruelly attempted to shoot them down in front of Inazuman, but Inazuman was able to rescue them by flying up in Raijingo and safely bringing the hot air balloon to the ground.
Soon after however, Inazuman was caught in a Despar trap and fell into an underground chamber where two walls began to close in on him, but Inazuman managed to escape by using his Zeber to reverse the walls before teleporting himself out. Inazuman then confronted Drill Despar and the two fought. Inazuman managed to defeat Drill Despar by knocking his drill off before finishing him off with his Zeber.

However, Drill Despar would later be rebuilt by the Despar Army and equipped with a special explosive device. After demonstrating his newfound powers to Führer Geisel and Sadespar, Drill Despar was sent to blow up a dam. Drill Despar and his team of Despar Soldiers assaulted the dam and killed the dam workers, but one of them managed to get close to Drill Despar and pull the explosive device out his torso compartment before kicking it away. The circuit was then picked up by his two children, a girl and boy, who ran off with it. Drill Despar and his team pursued the brother and sister, but the two ran into Goro Watari and Makoto Arai, who took them under their protection. However, rather than kill the dam worker, Drill Despar had instead had him brainwashed and used him in a surprise ambush on Goro and his companions at the hideout they were staying at. While Makoto ran away with the younger brother, Drill Despar had the brainwashed father take the older sister hostage, and used her to force Goro to surrender.
After having his success reported to Sadespar, Drill Despar had Goro and the sister tied to crosses at the foot of the dam he intended to blow up. After using his device to blow a hole in the dam, Drill Despar and his men left Goro and the sister to be submerged under the water. However, Makoto arrived just in time and untied Goro, who then became Sanagiman and freed the sister. Goro would then become Inazuman and use his Zeber to repair the dam by reversing the damage done to it, before going off to fight Drill Despar. The two opposing combatants exchanged blows until Inazuman knocked Drill Despar down the side of a hill with an electric charged punch, but even this was not enough to take down Drill Despar Inazuman then pulled out his Zeber and used it to summon a lightning strike on Drill Despar, destroying him once more.
