Eclat and Drowa are minor antagonists in the anime and manga series Black Clover. They are part of the Elf Tribe that were massacred by the humans centuries ago. In the present they are reincarnated into Gauche and Maria Adlai’s body.
Personality[]
Eclat is often seen by his brother, Drowa’s side and like all the other elves that were massacred centuries ago she dislikes humanity. She is also shy, resulting her to not talk.
Eclat is voiced by Hitomi Sasaki in Japanese. Drowa is voiced by Satoshi Hino in Japanese and by in Dave Trosko English
Biography[]
Centuries ago before the the main story, Eclat and Drowa among the other elves were attenting at the wedding of their Licht and his bride Tetia before being massacred by humans.
Centuries later, the head of the Midnight Sun Patolli activates the sephirot with the gathered magic stones to activate the sephirot, causing Eclat to be reincarnated into Maria and Drowa into his older brother Gauche. The siblings attacks the civilians before joining each other on the way to go to the Royal Capital.The two sibling arrives at the dungeon and are greeted by Rhya who explains their current situation. When the elves of the Apostles of Sephirah are assembled, she remain by her brother’s side who are opening the gate that opens to the underworld. Reve then destroys a part of the Black Bull’s base and is transported by the elf’s dream dimensional world. Elcat spectates his brother and Patolli’s magic combining together to destroy the remaining pieces of the magic knight’s base. When the elves’ Shadow Palace had been generated, the elves siblings stays behind as their allies enters their floating base.
The siblings attacks the rest of the Black Bull members with each of their magic together. The Black Bull are paralyzed by the Eclat’s eye magic that is bounced off by his brother’s mirrors. Asta however manages to break free of the spell thanks to his Demon-Destroyer Sword that cancels the effect along with the other magic knights. Drowa makes Asta floating in the air and is cornered by mirrors in which Eclat’s reflection faces him. Asta quickly closes his eyes to invade the effect. He enters his dark form that breaks the mirrors and rushes at the siblings. However, he is stopped by Drowa’s left eye by Eclat’s reflections. The brother elf lauches a beam of his attacks at Asta but is blocked by the other Black Bull members. Asta’s paralization is broken once again due to his sword. Drowa tries to suprise Asta with a bigger reflection of Eclat’s eye.
Henry Legolant jumps at the siblings, in an attempt to drain as much of their mana as possible but was not enough to prevent the elves from continuing attacking. Henry is rescued by the rest of the Black Bull that also gave an opportunity for Asta to land a strike on the siblings, resulting in both of their possession to be broken, freeing Gauche and Maria. Drowa apologizes to his sister for failing to get revenge against the humans. With all the elves defeated, their soul are now removed, leaving their hosts free form the possession. Licht and the captain of the Golden Dawn William Vangeance cast their spell together for the elves to be connected in the tree that gets send by Asta’s anti magic.
