Druidon Tribe

The Druidon Tribe were a band of monsters that sought to conquer Earth and the main antagonistic faction of Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger.

History[]

Past[]

The Druidon Tribe was originally created in prehistoric times by a mysterious and powerful godlike being known as Eras. Eras' previous creations, the Ryusoul Tribe, had originally been made to protect the world, but instead chose to wage wars with each other for domination of the planet. Thus, Eras created the Druidon Tribe to wipe out all of the Ryusoul Tribes. However, the Druidons instead waged their own campaign for domination of the planet.

In the Mesozoic era, the Druidon Tribe reigned over Earth with terror but were opposed by the Ryusoul Tribe and their Kishiryu. At some point their master Eras was sealed within the Earth's crust. When a giant meteor collided into Earth, the Druidons fled into space without their leader to escape the extinction event, leaving the other Earth tribes to fend for themselves.

65 million years later, the Druidon Tribe returned 300 years before present day in a bid to re-subjugate Earth, having grown stronger due to enduring harsher environments in space. The Druidon general Pricious launched an attack on the Ryusoul village of Black and Green and massacred most of its people before being driven away by Master Black and Master Green. Pricious later went to the Ryusoul Sky Temple, accompanied by Saden, to unearth the Ryusoul Calibur, only to find it could only be drawn by a member of the Ryusoul Tribe. Pricious thus decided to return in 300 years to mount an invasion against the Earth in order to force the Ryusoulgers to draw the Ryusoul Calibur and trigger the reawakening of the Druidon Tribe's greater power, Eras. However, right before Pricious departed from Earth to begin a campaign of conquest elsewhere, Master Black secretly killed Saden and donned his body armor to switch places with him and infiltrate the Druidon Tribe in order to find a way to eliminate Eras.

Ryusoulger[]

In 2018, the Druidon Tribe return to mount an invasion of the Earth; spearheaded by Tankjoh who is assisted by Kureon and his power to create Minosaurs. To eliminate the major obstacle that has stood in their way the first time they invaded Earth, Tankjoh attacks the Ryusoul Temple with a Dragon Minosaur and kills the three Masters, leaving their successors to take up the mantle of defending Earth.

Tankjoh is later destroyed by the combined power of the five Ryusoulgers, causing Wizeru to step to lead the Earth invasion in following numerous conquests across the universe. However, after Gachireus shows up. Wizeru leaves out of annoyance for his fellow general, leaving Gachireus in charge. After Gachireus is destroyed and his soul flees into space, Wizeru returns to lead the invasion, though they are eventually rejoined by Gachireus when he is done regenerating his body. Throughout their invasion, the Druidon forces are assisted by the mysterious Gaisorg though the invasion leaders are unsure of his true loyalties.

Eventually, after a repeated string of failures, Pricious arrives on Earth to take command of the invasion with his arrival being heralded by Uden. After forcibly taking command of the Druidon forces from Wizeru and Gachireus, Pricious begins a scheme to resurrect Eras by getting the Ryusoulgers to draw the Ryusoulger Calibur, causing their master to begin her reawakening.

Pricious is soon joined on Earth by Saden. Despite the apparent death of Wizeru, Pricious is successful in triggering Eras' reawakening. As Eras fully awakens, she births a new general into the Druidon's ranks, Gunjoji, who is later joined by his "little brother" Gunjoji II. To prevent Eras' reawakening, the Ryusoulgers mount an attack on Eras' chamber. As the Ryusoulgers make their way into the chamber, Eras births another general, Yabasword who unbeknownst to the other Druidons is meant to fulfil Eras' true agenda of eliminating both the Ryusoul and Druidon tribes.

After Gunjoji II dies in a failed suicide attack, the Ryusoulgers reunite with Master Black and go to stop Eras. However, they discover that she cannot be damaged in her sealed state and are forced to retreat. The Druidon Tribe later face another assault from the Ryusoulgers but, during the attack, Yabasword is corrupted by Eras and starts trying to destroy both the Ryusoulgers and Druidons, forcing Pricious to steal his heart card in order to reign him in. However, as Yabasword continues to prove rebellious, Pricious slashes his heart card in order to kill him. Pricious then demands to Eras to know what is going on so reveals the truth about the Ryusoul Tribe and the true purpose of the Druidon Tribe to him.

To prevent the Ryusoulgers from getting into the temple, Pricious erected a forcefield around it that would prevent them from using their Ryusouls. However, Koh and Asuna got by untransformed while the rest of the Ryusoulgers battled Gunjoji and, with assistance from Seto in holding off Pricious, are able to disable the force field and allow the rest of their teammates to get past it after destroying Gunjoji. Pricious is then faced off by the six Ryusoulgers as well as Master Black and Seto as Ryusoul Brown. With their combined power, they are able to decisively defeat Pricious and force her to flee back to Eras. Pricious returns to Eras and pleads with her to create more siblings as the Ryusoulgers approached. After revealing to the Ryusoulgers the truth about the Ryusoul and Druidon Tribes, Pricious attempts to attack the Ryusoulgers again, only for Wizeru and Kureon to barge in and interrupt the fight. Wizeru and Kureon reveal to them all that Eras' goal is not only the destruction of the Ryusoul Tribe, but the Druidon Tribe as well for waging their own campaign to dominate the planet. Soon after revealing this however, Eras fully awakens and shoots out a beam of light that pierces through Kureon and kills Pricious. Eras then absorbs Pricious into herself and reveals her true form, declaring that she will remake the planet before blinding the others in the room with a flash of light.

Growing giant, Eras caused every human in the world to fall asleep and placed them inside dreams where their greatest wishes were fulfilled. However, with help from Kureon, the Ryusoulgers manage to reawaken and went to confront Eras, but were unable to stand up to her overwhelming power. Eras then assimilated everyone still asleep on Earth into herself and created a massive tree to drain their power so she could remake the world. She absorbed Melt, Asuna and Kureon into herself too, but they manage to break free after Melt has Kureon create a Satan Minosaur from him, causing them to burst through her chest. Eras quickly destroys the Minosaur before turning her attention to the Ryusoulgers, asking them why they oppose her despite her making everyone be happy in their dreams forever. While some of the Ryusoulgers like Canalo become ready to concede to Eras, Asuna denounces Eras for trapping them in dreams and separating them from each other. Asuna's courage inspires the other Ryusoulgers to stand up to Eras, and they summon all of their Kishiryu to fight Eras in a final battle.

The Ryusoulgers in their combined Kishiryu all charge at Eras, but Eras blasts them away with her tremendous power, separating the individual Kishiryu. However, the Kishiryu then all combine their power to restrain Eras so Koh can plunge the Ryusoul Calibur into her and seal her again. Koh leaps at Eras and stabs the center of her chest with the Ryusoul Calibur, but before he can drive it all the way in, the Ryusoul Calibur breaks, having been drained since it was last used. The power of the Ryusoul Calibur results in Eras being brought down to normal size, but also the Ryusoulgers' Ryusouls being drained and the Kishiryu using up the last of their power. Eras then stabs and kills Koh with her tentacle and drains his power to refill hers before preparing to finish the job of remaking the planet. However, the Ryusoulgers have their Ryusouls restored by the power of the Ryusoul Calibur and, after doing a final Ryusoul Change, become the Ryusoulgers and charge at Eras in the final battle.

Inside Eras, Koh's spirit communicates with Eras' core, who proclaims she will wipe out the Ryusoul Tribe, Druidon Tribe and the humans to create a new history that features none of them. Koh then questions Eras as to if she has ever felt emotion and states that, unlike her, who is being who can live forever, the Ryusoulgers' limited lifespans are what inspire them. As Koh proclaims that, the other Ryusoulgers all plunge their swords into the weak spot on Eras created by Koh with the Ryusoul Calibur; fatally wounding her. Defeated by her own creations, Eras concludes that this must mean she is no longer needed to defend the planet right before her body is destroyed and her core fades away.

With Eras gone and lacking a goal, the Druidon Tribe disbands permanently with Wizeru and Kleon dragging Pricious (who somehow returns after Eras' death) to Kleon's homeplanet.
