Biography[]
Season 1[]
Lily, Zari, Oscar, Eddy, Junior, and Falstaff are mysteriously taken to an alternate dimension. Before the six could know what's going on, Duo appears. He welcomes them and tells them they are beta testers for the app's new features. He promises an immersive language learning experience while also saying that they are his most dedicated streak keepers and is confident they would have no problem with the challenges. After Oscar confronts him, Duo summons a golden gateway and menacingly tells the six to not let their flame go out.
The six then wake up in a room with grass and a sky and they see a button that starts the lesson if they press it. Before Zari could press the button, Junior points out another button that allows the lesson to be cancelled. The five attempt to prevent Junior from pressing the button and before he could, Duo appears once again and tells them to rethink their actions. Before Oscar could press the button, Duo transforms and tries to convince him to continue with the lesson. Oscar however, is furious at Duo, so he presses the button. Duo then extinguishes his flame and takes him away. Duo then starts the next lesson (even when Lily points out they didn't even do the current lesson) and he disappears while the remaining five are sent to a moving elevator.
The elevator stops at a room with various items along with a computer in the center. The computer displays "订书机" (stapler in Chinese) and tells the five to find it within a minute. Lily manages to grab the stapler and the question is finished. The computer then displays words in various languages, with the time limit decreasing for each question. Everyone manages to find their respective items except for Eddy, as he confuses the French word "coin" with it's English spelling. Eddy runs around the room frantically, searching for items that would mean "coin" in French, before the timer runs out. Junior tries to save Eddy, however it is too late as he disappears, leaving Junior in a depressed state. Duo jots down his lack of attention to detail before spotting a swimsuit in Falstaff's hand. Duo then wears the swimsuit and teleports the four to a dungeon-like area.
After everyone (with the exception of Zari) manages to traverse through the lava-filled dungeon-like area, they enter a mysterious room full of stuff related to music, chess, and math. Duo is seen admiring their friendship and teamwork. After Duo shows the three his report on Zari, Lily attempts to run up to him furiously. It's then revealed the crying was actually a facade and Duo smirks as he sees Lily fall for the bait. Before Lily could hurt him, Falstaff prevents her from doing so. Lily confusedly asks him why and he reveals Duo is Falstaff's boss. Duo comments on how rude Lily was being and then reveals their friends are fine, albeit incapacitated in ice. Lily and Junior worriedly comes up to their frozen friends and after they reunite, the two question him determinedly. Duo then flies up, removes the music, chess, and math related stuff and says how this was just the beginning.
