Dwight David Manfredi is the main protagonist of the Paramount+ TV series called Tulsa King.
Dwight is an aging mobster who was sent by his bosses to manage Tulsa in Oklahoma and then became the leader of his own mob in Tulsa.
He is portrayed by Sylvester Stallone, who also played Robert Rath in Assassins, Jack Carter in the 2000 Get Carter remake, Toymaker in Spy Kids 3D: Game Over, voiced King Shark in The Suicide Squad and Victor Von Ion in Ratchet & Clank.
Biography[]
Dwight after arriving in Tulsa after a 25 year sentence in a federal prison is escorted to the villa of his boss Pete where he argues with his son and one of his bosses is then sent to Tulsa where he will have to establish his small empire and will meet Tyson a black taxi driver.
Then he will meet Bodhi the manager of a weed shop with time the three will create an empire and will enter into many businesses such as managing a casino or illegal races together with other associates and will enter into a feud with other small rival gangs like with Waltrip.
Personality[]
Dwight is a boss with a lot of regrets for having taken a criminal path, he hates to do evil and be bad but after choosing that life he is forced and seen by the world as what he always wanted to be as a child. He regrets his choices and what he paid for them, he is an old man who gives a lot of importance to honor, responsibility and respect and above all to traditional values.
