E is a minor antagonist in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. He is the Consul of Colony Iota. He serves as the antagonist of Alexandria's Hero Quest.
Appearance[]
E is a humanoid warrior with brown eyes. For clothing, he wears red and gray armor with a purple core on his chest and a cape. His red and silver helmet bears a slight resemblance to MCU's Ant-Man.
The artbook reveals him unmasked, having brown hair.
Biography[]
Little is known about E's origins, but what is known is that he was once the Consul of an unknown Kevesi colony prior to the game's events. When the colony clashed against an Agnian colony led by Cammuravi, E abandoned the colony after Cammuravi transformed his Ferronis into a samurai and effortlessly wiped out the opposing force.
Later, E took position as the Consul of Colony Iota and served as the boss of Alexandria, who he views as his ultimate soldier. Supposedly, that role belonged to the previous commander, who Alexandria weakened with poison so he would die in combat, as Alexandria was convinced that his outdated tactics and wasting of men and resources would quickly lead to Iota's downfall. E was aware of his "assassination" and shared it with Q.
E initially appears during the Consuls' first meeting following D's first encounter with the Ouroboros. While they vote who to confront them next, E goads H into not volunteering for she already had her fun by destroying Colony 8.
Later on, E appears towards Noah and friends after they defeat Alexandria upon making it to Colony Iota. He scolds them for wasting the "drama" that he put a lot of effort into developing Alexandria by breaking her spirit and then fashioning her in his own image, referring to her as his game piece. The team angrily berate E for considering Alexandria as nothing more of something he could just rewrite. E admits that it was time to get rewrite the script and dispose of the side-characters before transforming into his Moebius form. But the team is able to best him and he mentions how he hears a rapturous applause before fading away.
Upon E's death, Alexandria revealed she intentionally led the Ouroboros to her Colony so they would defeat the Consul and destroy the Flame Clock so they would be released from his control.
