Just as I thought. You're suffering from a condition known as "Earworm." You see, when your brain becomes stuck on a catchy tune, you're susceptible to earworm infection and you've got a nasty one there.

~ Sandy explaining how SpongeBob got Earworm.
The Earworm is the titular main antagonist from the episode of the same name from SpongeBob Squarepants. It is a worm that enters one's brain and uses a song's recording to control someone into singing endlessly.
The Earworm got into SpongeBob by crawling through one of his holes. Sandy is the first to discover SpongeBob is infected and reports that Earworms can be dangerous. Mr. Krabs and Sandy try to help SpongeBob expel the Earworm; Mr. Krabs sings "High Seas Chant" and Sandy sings "Life on the Prairie," however, they both fail. Then, Squidward plays a "catchy" song on his clarinet.
This results in the Earworm finally leaving SpongeBob and being momentarily defeated. However, the Earworm soon reaches Squidward by crawling beneath his eyelids.
After nearly 12 years, the Earworm returns in Season 13's "Captain Pipsqueak," as one of the villains auditioning to join E.V.I.L.. It appears he is still in possession of the record player he used on SpongeBob, as the Earworm is seen listening to it.
Description[]
Appearance[]

Personality[]
Earworm is a little worm that makes itself at home in one's brain and plays a recording of a song over and over again at the expense of whomever it is inhabiting. The only way to expel the Earworm is to draw its attention with "another catchy tune."
