Eclipse are the main antagonists in Chapter 4: Season 4 of Fortnite: Battle Royale but was already active eons ago. They act as an estate agency owned by Kado Thorne, but it’s just a facade.

Overview

Eclipse is an ancient faction with traces dating back eons ago. Their appearance always marked by an incoming Eclipse. They act as an estate agency, hiding their objectives as they're draining the Island's wealth and treasures to fund their opulent properties. Kado keeps traveling back in time to steal various items, hatching an ultimate plan which will put the fate of the Island's at stake.

History

Chapter 4: Season 4

The Eclipse arrived to the island and began draining the island’s resources to build Throne’s resorts, they also begin taking over MEGA CITY’s bustling street tower, Rumble Ruins, and Slappy Shores’ Slap Factory and storing vaults on them, all three locations took over by the Eclipse also turned into highly defended strongholds. They also took over Forecast Towers as Commanding Cards patrols around them.

Trivia

• Eclipse holds record for several bosses from the same organization present on the map at same time, with nine bosses in total: Kado Thorne, Hearts Dealer, Diamonds Dealer, three Clubs Dealers and three Commanding Cards.
• Of every factions, Eclipse has best security system, most skilled henchmen and strongest boss.
• Eclipse’s logo is based on a Blood Moon and a Lunar Eclipse.
