Eclipse Virgo, also known as The Maiden is a major antagonist in the Eclipse Celestial Spirit Arc of the manga and anime series, Fairy Tail. She is the eclipse version of the celestial spirit Virgo and is part of the twelve gold keys. Her Key is owned by Lucy Heartfilia. The contract then broke making Virgo rebel alongside the rest of the Zodiac spirits.

Just like her original counterpart, she was voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro in the Japanese version, and by Terri Doty in the English dubbed version.

Appearance

Eclipse Virgo keeps the form of original counterpart but with a few changes such as getting rid of maid outfit. She now wears a largely leather military-inspired dress with a black jacket with gold edges which bares part of her chest. She wears a brown belt has a symbol in the Virgo constellation in her buckle, as well as handcuffs on the belts. She has a similarly leather made black short skirt and black thigh high boots with long, white leggings underneath. She also wears a white collar-styled choker with white gloves. She has messy, short pink hair and blue eyes she gazes with more sharply than in her normal form. She carries a magic whip with extreme range as her weapon.

Personality

Virgo is very sadistic, loud and aggressive and punishes Lucy both painfully and shamefully, the opposite of her usual form's submissive, extremely loyal, and masochistic nature. She finds an almost joyful rise out of torturing and hearing others scream, which got to the fur as her charm whilst blush to stop the word that hears a excites. While Virgo and the others are inflicting pain, or even gets happy imagining others in pain, she has a tendency to lick her mouth, who she found as "delicious". Virgo doesn't like being at her receiving end of pain, however. Like the other eclipse spirits, Eclipse Virgo is seen to have forgotten her time with Lucy and didn't display hesitation in battling or punishing her. In battle, she became sometimes interferes to ask them to refuse for upcoming.
