Eggman Industries are the main antagonists of the Sonic Boom series. It is a company run by Dr. Eggman who often uses its products and influence in his bid to conquer the Seaside Island. Most, if not all, of Dr. Eggman's henchmen are employees of this company.

History

Past

Eggman Industries was founded at some point presumably by Dr. Eggman himself. Since its foundation, it had created many products that have seen use by both the evil doctor himself and other people, most notably combat-capable robots such as Motobugs.

Notable activities

• T. W. Barker purchased the Eggman Industries-made Sphere of Fear and Motobugs in an attempt to capture Team Sonic to make them his new circus crew.
• The company tried to sponsor Knuckles the Echidna's TV show, only to fail and take up Comedy Chimp's offer of a collaboration. Dr. Eggman then used his Badniks, branded with Eggman Industries logo, to attack Knuckles, until he and the rest of Team Sonic forced him to retreat.
• Dr. Eggman made the company the sponsor for Sticks the Badger's news show to prevent her from revealing his crimes to the public. This failed when Sticks revealed that he was stealing water from the village and had the villagers stop him.
• After Amy Rose convinced Orbot and Cubot to go on a strike to protest being mistreated by Eggman, he tried to get his other robots to do their job, but only succeeded in aggravating them as well, leading to the entirely of Eggman Industries going on a strike. Eggman would eventually be forced to promise better treatment to his robots to make them stop their strike.
• After tricking Dr. Eggman into thinking his lair was haunted by ghosts, T. W. Barker purchased it and everything inside from the doctor, becoming the CEO of Eggman Industries. He later tried to destroy Team Sonic for ruining his entertainment business, but failed when Dr. Eggman had Orbot and Cubot install the Anti-Allegiance virus into Badniks, making them turn on Barker. The con artist was forced to give up the ownership of Dr. Eggman's lair to stop the robots from attacking him.

Badniks

The Badniks are combat-capable robots used by Eggman to battle Team Sonic. Being produced by the company, they also act as its employees.

Sphere of Fear

The Sphere of Fear is an impenetrable cage used by T. W. Barker to trap Sonic.
