Eiichiro Tokoyari is the leader of the anti-alien government organisation the International Space Agency who is a collaborator with the Great Space Invasion Running Team Hashiryan. He serves as the secondary antagonist of Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger.
He is played by Keisuke Horibe.

Past[]
The origins of Eiichiro Tokiyama are largely unknown. When Bundorio Bunderas crashed on Earth. Eiichiro Tokoyari hired the freelance spy Ishiro Meita to locate the alien but the spy wound up befriending the robot instead. Sometime after this, Tokoyari came into contact with the Hashiryan and decided to ally with them to further his own goals.
Boonboomger[]
Although unseen, Eiichiro is secretly responsible for the ISA and humanity as a whole turning against the Boonboomgers after the initial Hashiryan attack in 2024.
Director Eiichiro Tokoyari is first seen getting a report from Shirabe Saibu on the Boonboomgers but, when questioned over how he knew the location of Cannonborg in the previous battle, he simply dismisses it as a source of his. As seen soon after during a conversation with his business partner Raita Naito that the package Taiya had previously delivered was to bring Disrace to Earth due to Cannonborg's incompetence with it also being revealed that Naito's company Lightning Tech is the one building the Boonboom Killer Robos.
Later, after Ishiro Meita defects from the ISA and Waruido Spindo prepares for the final battle with the Boonboomgers, Tokoyari orders Naito to cut the Hashiryan off as they have all that they need from them. As he enters ISA Headquarters though, he is confronted by Shirabe and police who place him under arrest for his betrayal; With the recording of his and Naito's meeting with Waruido, and with Naito being arrested simultaneously, Eiichiro surrenders peacefully and is taken into custody but not before mocking Shirabe and warning that he was working for a greater power all along.
It is very likely that Eiichiro Tokiyama later receives life imprisonment for his actions and will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

At the beginning, Director Eiichiro Tokiyama presents himself as a strict and no-nonsense but fair boss who merely wants to fufil his job. Beneath the facade however, Tokiyama is a two-faced liar who is only interested in helping the Hashiryan to benefit himself; lying to the entire world and causing many problems for the Boonboomgers to that end.

To even the Hashiryans, Tokoyari was treacherous as he orders Raita Naito to cut the villains off when he has taken enough technology. Even when he was discovered, Tokoyari still mocks Shirabe Saibu for her insightfulness and warns of a power greater than the Hashiryan.
