Eileen is the overarching antagonist of season 3 of Jane the Virgin. She is a woman whom Rose Solano impersonated to escape from the law during her relationship with Luisa Alver.
She is portrayed by Elisabeth Röhm, who also played Rose disguised as Eileen in the same show.

When the crime lord Rose/Sin Rostro needed to hide from the law to continue her romantic relationship with Luisa Alver, she started impersonating a woman named Eileen wearing a latex mask. Luisa introduces "Eileen" to her brother Rafael, who is immediately suspicious since his sister's last girlfriend turned out to be a disguised Rose too. To "prove" him wrong, Rose forces the real Eileen to take a DNA test for her and pretend they're the same person, threatening to kill her if she reveals the truth to anyone.
Four years later, when Rose was arrested for supposedly killing Scott Archuletta, the Marbella hotel's lounge manager, it's revealed that the real Eileen was the one who killed him. In a flashback, a drunk Scott runs into Eileen at a beach party and starts to wonder if she has a twin sister. Fearing Scott will find out the truth, Eileen immediately kills him by hitting him with a metal pipe before burying his corpse in the sand. Eileen never appeared again after this.

- Despite having very little screentime, Eileen had a major impact on the third season's events as her murder of Scott drove the plot leading up to Rose's arrest. Thus, Eileen is the overarching antagonist of the entirety of season 3.
