El Emisario translates as The Emissary is a minor antagonist in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands. He was the grandson of El Yayo, The head of the production branch of the Santa Blanca Cartel. HE praised him and wanted to make him proud. He runs the coke production in Ocoro until the ghosts arrive.

Brown skinned man with brown eyes, black hair with a mustache and beard. Wearing a green striped dress shirt with a black jacket. Mudded purple pants and shoes.
Personality[]
Ambitious and Intelligent, he always wants to make El Yayo proud, and his greatest fear of letting him down.
Leader of his people and a businessman. He doesn't like Violence and blood but keeps telling himself that it's not his problem. His devotion to traditional Aymara Culture his believes the coca plants are sacred, and the plants will harm anyone who corrupts them.

Born in 1994, Yayo taught Gonzalo everything he knows, from cocaine to local Bolivians, and most importantly, serving their Santa Blanca masters. Following his traditions of the Aymara Cocaleros family. He doesn't spend time in the province and spends time doing whatever he wants.
His Downfall and suicide[]
Karen sends Nomad and Ghosts to Ocoro. after capturing his assistant, who gave them the access code for the main coca lab. where they destroyed the caches of cokes and uploaded a virus shutting down the main system.
After destroying several coca labs on the land and boat. El Emisario ordered his sicarios to capture a hospital and turn it into a temporary coke lab. but after the Ghosts defend the hospital with the help of the Pac's rebels and recover a truck full of vaccines from Unidad. Bowman located El emisario for the team to extract him, they founded Unidad and the Cartel defending his hacienda. After entering they found Emisario had committed suicide rather than face the shame of his grandpa. leaving a note explaining to El Suseo taking the blame.

- He was one of the Buchons to die by the time the Ghost reached him, the other being Ramon Feliz.
- He is the youngest Buchon in the games. Being 23.
