El of the Wind is a hawk-themed El Lord created by the Overlord to carry out the task of killing anyone with the power to become Agito and a major antagonist in Kamen Rider Agito.
History[]
After killing off a witness to the Overlord's trance, El of the Wind fought Kamen Rider Gills and outmatched in even Exceed Form and Agito's Burning Form with little trouble.
Later, after El of the Ground was re-energized by the Overlord, El of the Wind was sent alongside him to defeat and kill Agito. The two initially overpowered Agito Shining Form but before the two Lords could kill him, Exceed Gills and G3-X arrived to back up Agito. Wind fought Exceed Gills and G3-X before being wounded by GX-3's GX Launcher and finished by Exceed Gills's Exceed Heel Claw.
