The Elephant Orphnoch is one of the Smart Brain assassins sent after Mari Sonoda to recover the Faiz Gear and an antagonist in episode 2 of Kamen Rider 555.
He was played by Tatsumi Nagasawa.

Sent to recover the Faiz Gear, the Elephant Orphnoch assumed the human form of a coated man and went after Mari. He soon encountered Takumi Inui, who had wound up following Mari after she took his bag by mistake and become the user of the Faiz Gear.
Turning to his Orphnoch form, the Elephant Orphnoch attempted to crush Mari, but was fought off and destroyed by Kamen Rider Faiz.

The Elephant Orphnoch was one of the monsters who served Shocker after they achieved their goal of world domination thanks to Ankh traveling back in time and leaving a Core Medal behind by mistake.
