Eliza Holliman is the secondary antagonist of the FBI episode "Prey". She is part of Jacob Roscha's sex trafficking ring and manages the properties where the trafficked girls are brought and oversees the operations.
She was portrayed by Joy Suprano.
Biography[]
Eliza Holliman is a colleague of Stepan "Snake" Tsarko and Oleg Tsarko manages the properties where the girls the traffic are brought, keeping an eye on the girls and making sure that the operation goes smoothly. She appears to be friendly with Stepan and Oleg, being seen in a photo on vacation with them both. After one of the victims who Stepan attempted to murder escapes, the FBI investigates and meets with Eliza to see if she knows anything about the trafficking ring, but Eliza lies about it and pretends that she knows nothing.
The FBI agents learn about Eliza's connections to Roscha and the Tsarko cousins, seeing a picture of Eliza on vacation with Stepan and Oleg. After Stepan Tsarko is arrested by the FBI, the agents find the house where the numerous trafficked girls are being kept and supervised by Eliza. The house is raided and Eliza is arrest and imprisoned for her crimes.
Personality[]
Eliza is an arrogant, manipulative, cruel, and uncaring individual, participating in the sex trafficking of numerous girls by supervising them and providing the traffickers with properties to keep the girls.
