Elletear Lou Nebulis IX is one the two main antagonists of the Japanese Light Novel series, Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World (along with Emperor Yummerngend). While Yummerngend served as Iska's archenemy, Elletear is the archenemy of the main female protagonist and her younger sister, Aliceliese Lou Nebulis IX due to her attempt to kill their mother and Aliceliese herself as well in her failed attempted to conduct a human experimentation to her youngest sister, Sisbell Lou Nebulis IX due to Iska's interference for his betrayal.
She used to be the first princess of Nebulis Sovereignty until she has betrayed her family and kingdom after her mistreatment. She eventually joined the Heavenly Empire in her goals to kill her mother, Millavair and her younger sister, Aliceliese as well as to use her youngest sister, Sisbell for human experimentation.
Personality
In her image, Elletear was mature and dignified, possessing an easy manner that allows her to speak easily to anybody regardless of social standing. However, beneath this, she used to very passionate about the state of her home country, desiring to change it at all costs.
However in her true nature after being mistreated by her mother and her former citizen for being weak, Elletear is arrogant, manipulative, prideful, sadistic and selfish traitor who obsessed to become the next queen of Nebulis Sovereignty. She holds a greatest hatred toward her mother for not include her as a heiress to the throne. In her betrayal, she will not hesitate or qualm to her attempt to kill her own mother to claim the throne for herself. She also hates her sister and future archenemy, Aliceliese for having a powerful star spirit and became the heiress while Elletear herself have a weak star spirit as she is unworthy to become a heiress as she is willing to kill Aliceliese to take her "rights" as the heiress to her family's throne. She doesn't have a close bond with her youngest sister, Sisbell as she has no qualm of letting the Heavenly Empire in their attempt to do a human experimentation to Sisbell only to be saved and rescue by the former Saint Disciple and now traitor, Iska causing Elletear's fury and will show no hesitation to kill Iska for his interference in his betrayal.
Abilities and Powers
- Superhuman Abilities: Due to her mutation through human experimentation, Elletear possessed superhuman physical power.
- Superhuman Regeneration: Due to her mutations in a human experimentation, Elletear gain superhuman regeneration faster than normal regeneration.
- Master Manipulation: Due to her image, Elletear is highly manipulative to use those as her pawns such as Iska before his betrayal towards the Empire by saving Sisbelle three times. Due to her mutations, she can also imitate people's voice as she could deceive her enemies so easily.
History
Elletear was born as the eldest daughter of the Nebulis Sovereignty royal family. However, despite of her bloodline, she was extremely weak due to her having a weak star spirit which caused her mother, Millavair considered her own daughter to be worthless and letting Elletear to be mistreated, bullied and mocked by her citizens causing Elletear hatred towards her mother and citizen as well as her sister Aliceliese as she wanted to kill Millavair and Aliceliese to claim the throne for herself.
Following this mistreatment, Elletear left the Nebulis Sovereignty when she developed a hatred towards her mother and her home country. She eventually joined the Heavenly Empire to suit her desires to kill her estranged mother and her younger sister, Aliceliese to become the queen of Nebulis Sovereignty.
