Elliot Funston

Elliot Funston is the main antagonist of the Fillmore! episode "Test of the Tested". He was a student of X Middle School who served as its mascot Lobstee the Lobster until the events of the episode.

He was voiced by Sam Gifaldi.

Role

Following the theft of controversial S.A.T.T.Y. 9 tests by an assailant dressed as Lobstee, Elliot was first seen held captive in the boys' locker room with a Chinese finger trap and football helmet while wearing his underpants. He was released by Fillmore and Ingrid and claimed the perp jumped him and took his costume away. Because of the event, the Safety Patrol was given 48 hours to find the missing test papers otherwise Prinipcal Folsom would have to make the entire school retake the tests.

At first, Fillmore and Third believed that Enid Quintara is the culprit due to her outspoken anti-S.A.T.T.Y 9 activism. However, this was not the case when Ingrid previously spotted Elliot buying some yellow chrysanthemum flowers and that they were given to Enid in her locker while Fillmore found the discarded costume and a piece of Elliot's underwear. Both Fillmore and Ingrid soon realize that Elliot is the real culprit as he wanted to get rid of the test papers to impress Enid, and that he ditched the costume after stealing the tests and pretended to get himself captured to fool them.

With that in mind, Ingrid confronted Elliot and managed to stop him by throwing some of the candy he bought for Enid, making him fall into the floor. Despite being taken into custody and given suspension for his actions, Elliot takes solace that Enid is falling in love with him for his efforts.
