Eluca is the main antagonist of Pretty Blood: Dream Terror and the non-canonical Just a Neighbor 2. He is a porcupine malino who has a love for torturing anyone who needs to be "developed".

He was voiced by LittleCuteThing for his canon counterpart, and anton2fangs for his non-canon counterpart.

Appearance

Eluca is a gray porcupine Malino who has red pupils in his eyes. His ears are beige inside, along with his torso marking.

Personality

Eluca is a misanthropic person who believes that everything is too cutesy and sweet, and wants them to become "developed". When Rinny manipulates him into torturing Malinos, he realizes that torture is fun and brutally tortures his victims.

Biography

In "Dream Terror", he laments about how everyone needs to be developed, and how he thinks fun is an illness that needs to be eradicated. He kidnaps Berry later on and traps her in a chair, slashing her arms with a knife. He then starts to see that he enjoys it and slashes Berry's hands until they come off. Then, he kidnaps Ron and Supa, torturing the former by ripping off her tongue, and the latter by burning their feet heavily. After, he kidnaps Miny and rips her eyes off offscreen, causing others to be in fear and most people ended up cancelling their shows. He leaves his victims alive and drives out of the town, happy that he has "developed" them.

• Each person Eluca has tortured heavily damaged and/or removed their organ that they used to perform a talent.
• Eluca is frequently compared to Flaky from "Happy Tree Friends", who is also a porcupine.
• He is confirmed to be about 25 years old.
