Eluca is the main antagonist of Just a Neighbor 2. He was a former kidnapper/torturer who mutilated multiple talented Malinos in order to "develop" him in his own twisted way. In this non-canon short, he reappears as Kling's target as revenge for his crimes.

Biography[]

For Eluca's appearance in Dream Terror, see here.

Kling approaches him at the parking lot of the supermarket and greets and introduces himself. As Eluca befriends him, Kling gives away multiple red flags during this that he ignores. As Eluca is invited to Kling's home, they talk about the event of Dream Terror, especially about Berry's suicide. However, when Kling asks him if he is similar with the term "sadism", he still does not get the hint. When Kling finally gives a hint that he gets, he tries to attack Kling, only to be head butted and knocked out. He is locked in a chamber by Kling and he starts questioning where he is, only to see his kidnapper. Kling starts to remind him of his past actions as he starts to feel regret. Then, Kling brings in a captive, being his sister, Elisa. As he starts discussing ways that he could kill her, Elisa pulls herself together and starts to call out Eluca for his horrible actions that Kling told her, including being the reason for Berry's suicide. After this long speech, Kling decides to shoot Elisa with a gun, leading to her (assumed) demise. After this, he is impaled with a needle that knocks him out. When woken up again, Kling tells him that his arms and legs are gone, and his skin is ripped off. After showing him a piece of what is assumed to be Elisa's hair, he starts to cut his tongue off and impale his eyes with a knife and rip them out. After, he rips out Eluca's jaw, and after screaming, he is finally killed. Kling stuffs Eluca's body in a bag and frees Elisa, who turned out to be wearing a bulletproof vest. The body is eventually discovered in the forest and the news are revealed, triggering Eluca's victims who are still alive, but mutilated (except for Berry's mother, who was affected by her daughter's death, and Ron, who got a synthetic tongue after her original one was ripped off).

Personality[]

Just like his original counterpart, Eluca is a misanthropic person who believes that everything is too cutesy and sweet, and wants them to become "developed". When Rinny manipulates him into torturing Malinos, he realizes that torture is fun and brutally tortures his victims.

He is also shown to be a delusional hypocrite as he claims that he wants to show how terrible the world is, but also does not care if the artists that he kills were good nor not. Eluca even deems joy as an "illness" and seeks to eradicate it.

He is also shown to be paranoid about Kling while in the house, but doesn't leave Kling's house despite the many red flags Kling shows in adition of leaving his victims' corpses on the streets instead of desposing them, thus showing that he does not make very good choices nor chooses to make an attempt to hide his tracks, in which is even mentioned that Rinny calls him and tells him how stupid he is for leaving them on the streets. However, Eluca decides to work alone due to his own arrogance due to not wanting to be bossed around.

Despite being evil, he does genuinely care for his sister Elisa, even going in despair when he believes that Kling killed her, even attempting to kill Kling for it even if it was to no avail.
