Emil LaSalle, also known as Warp, is a metahuman with the power of teleportation and a member of the Suicide Squad in the CW TV series Smallville.
He served as the secondary antagonist in the episode "Ambush" of the Tenth and final season.
Emil was a current member of the Suicide Squad and was partnered with Rick Flag in a mobile base in Smallville. Flag looked over several computer screens tracking a marker. LaSalle informed him the target was heading toward the Kent Farm. Their target was General Sam Lane and planned to eliminate him to prevent the passing of the Vigilante Registration Act.
Flag approaches Lucy Lane, claiming to be a soldier from a local base and warns Lucy that her father was in danger from pro-vigilante sympathizers. Flag asks Lucy to plant a tracker pen on her father. Elsewhere, Emil confirms that Sam was leaving the farm. Now that he wasn't under Clark's protection, the agent prepares to launch a missile at Sam. Just as LaSalle prepares to launch the missile, Clark arrives at Watchtower to find that Tess has managed to decode the encrypted message.
At Watchtower, Clark realized General Lane was the intended target and rescued Lois before exploding in the Talon from the missile. LaSalle informed Flag that Sam survived when their base was attacked by Green Arrow and the Blur who flipped over the agents' van. Before the could do anything, Flag evaded further interrogation by Emil who teleported himself and Flag away. LaSalle later bombed an Anti-Vigilante support building when the bill had passed and teleported away as the explosives went off.
