Emil and Sven are a pair of minor antagonists featured in the Jonny Quest episode "House of Seven Gargoyles".

Appearance

Emil and Sven are a pair of white men who wear striped black bodysuits that cover their entire bodies except for their faces and hands. Sven's stripes are split, and is shown to be bulkier than his partner.

Powers and Abilities

Emil and Sven can maneuver a submarine beneath a river while spying on enemies of Ivar. Additionally, they can make use of sniper rifles to take care of helicopters that try to come close.

Emil and Sven were a pair of men hired by Ivar to escort him out when he escapes. When Jonny Quest and company were travelling to the castle Dr. Erikson was conducting his research in, he noticed the periscope of the sub piloted by Emil and Sven, but no one believed him.

In the sub, Sven warns Emil about how treacherous the fjord was, to which the latter assures. They make their plans to rendezvous with Ivar once he was successful and talk about how many people will be willing to pay a vast fortune for Erikson's formula. When they surface the next day following the theft of the Erikon Bar and Ivar's murder of Dietrich Sorenson, when Ivar, who has the bar, arrives while pursued by Race and Dr. Quest in a helicopter, they begin shooting at Ivar's pursuers against his wishes as they were under a glacier. Their ignorance leads to the glacier collapsing and crushing all three to death, along with the Erikon Bar.
