Emilia is a major protagonist of the 2017 Cartoon Network animated TV series Villainous.
She is a ghost that resides in the orphanage, also the leader of the ghost children, a friend of Dr. Flug Slys and Demencia, and the archenemy of the superhero, Bulldozer.
She was voiced by Lourdes Arruti in Spanish and by Jackie Rodriguez in English.
Biography[]
Emilia first appears when she scares a group of teenagers who were painting the mansion's wall. Later, he joins his friends to watch an ad in which the superhero Bulldozer claims that he will destroy the mansion to build a golden plaza. She and the children begin to despair until the television turns directly on them and a sinister man claims that their salvation is in their hands. When Demencia and Flug enter the mansion and she teases him for being scared, he says otherwise. She appears behind him and is so terrified that he runs into the front yard. Meanwhile, Emilia is surprised that Black Hat hasn't come, to which Dem explains that having him in person costs more.
Emilia and the living mansion, which the former refers to as the Van Der House, explain to the duo that over the years, many had come to the place, but they all got scared. Bulldozer seems to be fearless, however, and they fear for their home. So, Flug prepares Emilia and the other ghost children to scare away Bulldozer. When the hero arrives, Flug drops the ghost children on him, but knocks them down with Berry, his wrecking ball.
Emilia reappears after Bulldozer's attack, suggesting Dr. Flug use a specific door that leads to any of the orphanage's 5,401 rooms, but warns him that if he loses it, he will have to complete the circle to get to the desired room again.
As Bulldozer tries to crush Flug and 5.0.5, Emilia appears only to be beaten, and in turn, breaks into the private rooms of the orphanage. After Bulldozer's defeat, Emilia, along with the other children, celebrate the victory. She is shown for the last time, playing Villainopoly with Demencia, the other children and with the Hatbot's head.
In the episode ''The VVV'', Emilia appears again leaving Black Hat's office along with the rest of the ghosts, while greeting Dr. Flug.
Appearance[]
She is a ghost girl with a white dress, long fringed hair covering one eye, and her skin tone is blue.
Personality[]
Emilia is shown to be a sweet and caring young girl, expressing concern for Dr. Flug once he ran off after she unintentionally freaked him out and for her friends when they were knocked away by Bulldozer. She is also a bit naive, as she replied "Who's there?" to Bulldozer's "knock-knock" catchphrase.
Despite that, Emilia is rather mischievous, as she expresses delight in scaring a group of teenagers in the beginning of "Boo!-Lldozing". Granted, they were trespassing and insulting her home, of which she is very protective.
