Emperor Ping the Pitiless is the main antagonist of the DuckTales episode "The Right Duck". He is the egotist ruler of Mars and one of the worst villains that appeared in the series.
He was voiced by Ronnie Schell.
Biography[]
Ping the Pitiless is the emperor of planet Mars and an abusive tyrant that punishes his subjects for any minor infraction, he even arrested his own mother for jumping a red light. During his first scene he receives an amount of jewels from a nobleman, however one of them had a crack and sent him to a hole with predators that devoured him, later he finds that the crack is a hair but doesn't give importance to what he did. Then the spaceship where Launchpad and Doofus were going to Mars arrives on his palace and a robot of the DASA (play on NASA) began to take everything in the room. Ping decides to invade Earth and plunder their riches as payback, but Launchpad says that in the Earth they are poor, so Ping instead decides to destroy it and arrests both of them. However, Launchpad and Doofus escapes and goes to the rocket that is going to destroy the Earth. When Ping finds out about this is even more pleased but stills sends his subject to the predators' hole only for pure pleasure. Soon after this, ping is caught by the robotic device and then flies away to Pluto. Soon after this, Launchpad manages to stop the rocket, saving the Earth. After Ping's exile, Ronnie, a monkey astronaut of the DASA sent to Mars, takes his place as the ruler of the planet.
